Is there a difference between a Signature Account and TailWins Account?

Yes, if you have a TailWins account, you will need to create a Signature Account and link your TailWins account to your new Signature Account. Once the accounts are linked, you will be able to see your TailWins account information in the Signature Account. Need further assistance with your TailWins (i.e. point redemption, missing points)?
